How To Treat Heat Exhaustion
The ultimate goal is to negate the effects of the high temperatures and to cool the body down. Here is how you can do that;
- Move to a cool place (under a shade)
- Loosen or remove your clothes
- Drink cool water or a sports rehydration drink (lucozade boost)
- Mop your body with a wet cloth or take a cool bath
